Assyrian App is a social community-based website provided by Base 2 Applications, LLC. These
Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Assyrian App’s website, mobile
applications and services. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any
questions. By accessing or posting on Assyrian App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by
our Privacy Policy.
Who Can Use Assyrian App
You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state,
and federal laws.
When you create your Assyrian App account, you must provide us with accurate and complete
information, especially your age. You must be at least 13 years old to use Assyrian App.
If you open an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) “you”
includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant
all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms and bind the entity to these Terms, and that
you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.

Assyrian App encourages you and other members to use Assyrian App to express your wants in
accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. Assyrian App is not responsible for
any content that you post or is posted by any other member of the Assyrian App community.
Assyrian App encourages an open forum for individuals to discuss their wants. Accordingly,
Assyrian App has a policy that Assyrian App users not harass, intimidate, threaten, “bully”, or
impersonate other members of the community.

You cannot use Assyrian App for any illegal purpose or post, display, or publish (“post”) any illegal
content or any legal content in connection with any illegal scheme.
You cannot transmit any viruses or worms in, to or through Assyrian App.
Assyrian App does not claim any ownership in any statement, link, image, music, movie, or
anything else that you post in Assyrian App. You represent that you retain all rights in, and are
solely responsible for anything you in Assyrian App. Assyrian App respects the rights of third party
creators and content owners, and expects you to do the same. You take full responsibility for
posting content that violates a third party’s rights.
What Assyrian App Can Do with the Content
Anything you post in Assyrian App can be transferred, modified, re-posted, displayed, or reproduced
by Assyrian App solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing and using the Assyrian App
services. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights Assyrian App may have to User
Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User
Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our
policies.
Assyrian App is currently supported by advertising and may display advertisements and promotions.
Assyrian App can use any information you provide Assyrian App for the purpose of displaying
advertisements and promotions. Assyrian App is a developing community, and the method and
manner Assyrian App places advertisements and promotions may change at anytime and without
notice.

Security
You are responsible for protecting your password to your Assyrian App account. Assyrian App cannot
guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please
notify us immediately if your account is compromised or there is an unauthorized use of your
account.
Content posted to Assyrian App may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services,
special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Assyrian App. We do
not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, or
services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from Assyrian App, you do so at
your own risk, and you agree that Assyrian App will have no liability arising from your use of or
access to any third-party website, service, or content.
If You Violate Our Terms
If you violate any of these Terms or any Assyrian App’ policy, Assyrian App may terminate or suspend
your account at any time without notice.
Assyrian App reserves the right to terminate, transfer, or reclaim user names that infringe on valid
claims of trademark or copyright. Whether or not a claim is valid will be determined by
Assyrian App.
We here at Assyrian App do not want to remove content, but if we believe a user has abused her/his
account or is using Assyrian App for inappropriate reasons, then Assyrian App reserves the right to: (1)
remove content at anytime and without notice, and (2) terminate the account.

Assyrian App can modify these Terms at any time and without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assyrian App shall not be liable for any direct or indirect
damages, whether financial, physical, intangible, electronic or by any other means.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its
conflict of laws principles. We each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court
located in Santa Clara County, California or the United States District Court for the Northern
District of California.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional
agreements you may enter into with Assyrian App in connection with use of Assyrian App, shall
constitute the entire agreement between you and Assyrian App. If any provision of these Terms is
deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent
necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such
term or any other term, and Assyrian App’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
